Growing up she used to struggle with digestive issues, chronic illnesses, and large fluctuations in weight
which is what initially lead her down a path of researching and studying EVERYTHING health, fitness, and nutrition.

After years of experimenting with my own body, she’s tried nearly every diet under the sun from Paleo, Ketogenic, and Anti-Candida to Vegan, Whole30, and Intermittent Fasting. Fitness regimes from endurance training or CrossFit to bodybuilding or obstacle course training.
