Today’s episode of the Tune Creators podcast features Bella Hutton, a 19-year-old singer from Surrey, UK.
Bella just released her new single called Shadows, and I absolutely love it. In fact, when I first listened to the track, I was stunned by how polished and well put together the track it.
Everything about the track – from her performance, the lyrics, her vocals, and the instrumentals – is done brilliantly and sounds like a track done by a major artist.
What I found most impressive about Bella is that she is a student of the game. Not only does she study music at college, she really studies music in depth, she really knows her stuff when she’s talking about artists that inspire her, from their background to their techniques, stuff like that.
Bella and I had an awesome chat on the show, talking about everything from how she got started in music, what inspired her track Shadows, to what her songwriting process looks like.

About Bella
Bella is a 19-year-old, up-and-coming artist. Bella Hutton discovered her love of music at a young age, playing along with her favorite artists and learning their songs by ear.
Although struggling with dyslexia, Bella developed a talent for songwriting and composing with ‘Shadows’ being her third release.
Influenced by Amy Winehouse and Matty Healy (The 1975) she is writing and releasing her own upbeat, youthful and vibrant music that showcases her singing and songwriting ability, whilst not being afraid to take on big subjects.
Now releasing her third single ‘Shadows’ which takes on an emotional standpoint, reflecting over past relationships and realizing the imbalance that was always there. ‘Shadows’ confronts these feelings of darkness and despair with Bella Hutton’s powerful vocal leading the way through the track, supported by sweeping lush harmonies.
The feeling of being reduced to a shadow by someone is the main concept in this song but Bella Hutton’s soulful vocal performance takes us from the shadows and into the light.
The second in a line of upcoming singles she is planning to release this year.
Bella is defiantly an artist to watch in 2020!
